FAACES was developed by Tom & Stefanie Chase, with the help of friends, to fill a need in our community.  As adoptive parents, we wanted to develop a network of adoptive families to celebrate the joys and the unique challenges we share.  It is our mission to become a supportive and educational network that will be attentive to our families’ needs and allow our families and participants to be actively involved in planning the groups’ activities
